  1. In a large measuring cup, add vinegar & bicarbonate of soca & let it fizz up.
  2. Add flour and turmeric to bowl.
  3. Combine it with the Bicarbonate of soda and mix it with the water.
  4. Stir to combine until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Season fish fillets with herbs & spices, coat in Maizena, and shake off the excess.
  6. Dip fish in batter & deep-fry until golden.
