Description

Fire up the grill. Our Ground Venison Patties are ready to take your BBQ to the next level. Lean, flavorful, and perfect for any gathering.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape into an oval shape patties and either brown or grill the patties
  3. They don’t have to be done at this point.
  4. They will simmer the rest of the way in the gravy, but the browning or the grilling will give it a nice look and great flavor.
  5. Once they are done, set aside.
  6. To make the gravy, use 4 cups of beef stock and prepare a cornstarch slurry to get it to the consistency, you like.
  7. Once the gravy is how you want, it, return the patties to the gravy and let them simmer until they are cooked all the way through
  8. Serve over mashed potatoes, and you’re good to go.
