Fire up the grill. Our Ground Venison Patties are ready to take your BBQ to the next level. Lean, flavorful, and perfect for any gathering.

- 1 1/2 lbs ground venison, lamb or beef
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 tsp of onion powder, garlic powder, Salt, and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape into an oval shape patties and either brown or grill the patties
- They don’t have to be done at this point.
- They will simmer the rest of the way in the gravy, but the browning or the grilling will give it a nice look and great flavor.
- Once they are done, set aside.
- To make the gravy, use 4 cups of beef stock and prepare a cornstarch slurry to get it to the consistency, you like.
- Once the gravy is how you want, it, return the patties to the gravy and let them simmer until they are cooked all the way through
- Serve over mashed potatoes, and you’re good to go.
