- 90 g Cauliflower florets (about 3/4 cup, grated)
- 80 g Eggs (2 medium)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A pinch of onion powder
- 29 g Cream Cheese (about 2 tablespoons, room temperature)
- 33 g Cheddar Cheese (about 1/3 cup, grated)
- 5 g Olive Oil (1 teaspoon, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your chaffle iron.
- Grab a box grater and shred your cauliflower florets into fine bits.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until combined.
- Add the grated cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and seasonings (adjust to your liking).
- Stir it all up until smooth.
- Brush your chaffle iron with olive oil, then pour in the mixture.
- Spread it out evenly, but don’t overfill.
- Close the lid and let it cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the chaffles turn golden and slightly crisp.
- Serve hot, and don’t be shy about experimenting with your favorite spices or toppings.
