- 3 drops Stevia Liquid (or your favorite sugar-free sweetener)

Instructions
- Combine the chia seeds, egg, heavy cream, stevia, Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Let it rest for 2–3 minutes, so the chia seeds can soften and start to thicken.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat until it melts.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, stirring gently as it cooks.
- Keep the heat low enough for a gentle simmer, not a boil.
- In about 5–6 minutes, you’ll have a rich, creamy porridge that’s firm and full of texture.
