  1. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, sun-dried tomato, and cook for about 1 min.
  3. Then add bell pepper and continue cooking until slightly cooked but still crisp.

  5. Then add chopped chicken breast to the skillet.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 min, or until cooked.

  8. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and pesto to the skillet.
  9. Cook for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve the dish on a plate with Parmesan cheese on top.
