Description

Let’s talk waffles, crispy, golden, and keto-friendly. If you’re craving something quick, easy, and downright delicious, these mini waffles are it.

  1. Chop up your bacon into bite-sized pieces and cook it just the way you like. Crispy? Go for it. Softer? You do you!
  2. Toss everything into a bowl: egg, almond flour, sour cream, baking powder, cream, and that crispy bacon.
  3. Stir it up and let it sit for a few minutes. This little pause lets the batter thicken, which makes for better waffles.
  4. Heat your Mini Dash Waffle Maker and let it get nice and hot.
  5. Pour in about half the batter, close the lid.
  6. Cook for 6 minutes, and you will have a waffle that’s golden, crispy.
  7. Take it out (carefully!) and repeat with the rest of the batter.
  8. Plate them up and enjoy.
  9. If you’re feeling fancy, a little extra sour cream or a sprinkle of fresh herbs never hurt anyone.
