Ingredients
- 1 cup of Boiled Potatoes
- 2 cups of Flour
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Cheese (cubed)
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water.
- Drain and allow cooling.
- Once cooled, measure out 1 cup of boiled potatoes.
- Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork, add the seasonings and flour, and mix well until a soft dough forms.
- Cover in cling and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Break golf ball-sized pieces, using your fingers create a hole in the center then stuff it with a small cube of cheese.
- Roll into a ball and fry until golden. Enjoy!!
