Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water.
  2. Drain and allow cooling.
  3. Once cooled, measure out 1 cup of boiled potatoes.
  4. Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork, add the seasonings and flour, and mix well until a soft dough forms.
  5. Cover in cling and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Break golf ball-sized pieces, using your fingers create a hole in the center then stuff it with a small cube of cheese.
  7. Roll into a ball and fry until golden. Enjoy!!
