- In a small bowl, mix your oat flour, whole oats, protein powder, coconut, and chopped nuts.
- In a bigger bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until it’s nice and smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix. Keep going until well combined.
- Grab a baking tray or any dish available. Press the mixture in firmly, and I mean really press. This is what keeps your bars from crumbling.
- Place the dish with Protein Bars in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Once set, loosen the edges, lift it out, and slice into bars.
- Wrap them up individually and keep them in the fridge.
- Easy grab-and-go snacks sorted.
