Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix your oat flour, whole oats, protein powder, coconut, and chopped nuts.
  2. In a bigger bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until it’s nice and smooth.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix. Keep going until well combined.
  4. Grab a baking tray or any dish available. Press the mixture in firmly, and I mean really press. This is what keeps your bars from crumbling.
  5. Place the dish with Protein Bars in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Once set, loosen the edges, lift it out, and slice into bars.
  7. Wrap them up individually and keep them in the fridge.
  8. Easy grab-and-go snacks sorted.
