Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour

Instructions

  1. Cream the margarine and sugar until it’s all light and fluffy.
  2. Crack the egg, pour the vanilla, and mix it up like a pro.
  3. Sift the flour for smoother results.
  4. Add the milk a bit, stirring until it’s smooth.
  5. Spoon the batter into cupcake liners.
  6. Pop them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Go ahead, set a timer.
  7. Let them cool, decorate (or don’t, your call), and enjoy.
