Description

Indulge in the rich and creamy flavors of our Soft Tasty Vanilla and Pecan Cupcakes. Treat yourself today and experience the perfect blend of vanilla and pecans in every bite.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250g butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl, and add vanilla essence. 
  2. Add eggs one at a time and combine
  3. Sift baking powder and flour in, mix it through, and alternate it with the milk
  4. The batter will be thick
  5. Scoop it into paper cups in a cupcake tray with an ice cream scoop to make sure all cupcakes even
  6. Make sure you use good quality paper cups so they don’t peel away after baking – I used Wilton cups
  7. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans
  8. Bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes, or until done and a tester comes out clean.
  9. Use the middle of the oven
  10. Decorate as desired
