Instructions

Chicken Wings:

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken wings.
  2. Season with Cajun spice, cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic salt.
  3. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with Panko breadcrumbs mixed with lemon zest, garlic herb seasoning, and chopped thyme.
  4. Dip each wing in flour, then egg, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated wings in the fridge for 30 minutes to set the crust.
  6. Heat canola oil in a deep pan.
  7. Fry wings until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with chili cheese dip and lemon wedges.

Chili Cheese Dip:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour to make a Roux.
  2. Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.

  4. Add grated cheddar and stir until melted.
