- 40g Fresh Baby Spinach
- Dash of Salt & Ground Black Pepper.
- 25g Grated Three Cheese Blend
- 1 Medium Egg (40g)
- 30g Cream Cheese
- 25g Almond or Coconut Flour
- 7g Isolated Soy Protein
- 15g Butter - To grease the chaffle maker
Instructions
- Toss everything (except the butter) into your blender.
- Blend until you’ve got a smooth, thick batter. Make sure to scrape down the sides to mix every last bit.
- Heat your chaffle maker and grease it generously with butter.
- The buttery base is what makes these chaffles so crispy on the outside.
- Spoon about 1/3 of the batter into the hot, greased iron.
- Close the lid and let the magic happen.
- You’ll know it’s ready when the steam stops, around 5 minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Plate your chaffles, add a dollop of creamy cottage cheese on top, and sprinkle with a little Italian seasoning. Enjoy
