Instructions

  1. Beat the cheese and butter together until fluffy.
  2. Mix in the salt, cayenne, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Sift in the flour.
  4. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough in cling wrap and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the fridge and roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper.
  7. Cut into squares and prick holes on the surface.
  8. Bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes.
  9. Allow it to cool completely. Enjoy!!
