- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 cups of Flour
Instructions
- Beat the cheese and butter together until fluffy.
- Mix in the salt, cayenne, garlic powder and pepper.
- Sift in the flour.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough in cling wrap and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper.
- Cut into squares and prick holes on the surface.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes.
- Allow it to cool completely. Enjoy!!
