Description

Zucchini waffles with shrimp, a plate full of perfection

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 40 g Shrimps
  • A pinch of Ground Black Pepper
  • 100 g Zucchini chopped, 1/2 medium
  • 5 g Spinach leaves, 1/4 cup
  • 30 g Cream Cheese, 34% fat, 2 tbsp
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg, medium
  • 2 g Dill, fresh chopped, 1 tbsp
  • 25 g Mozzarella Cheese, 1/4 cup
  • 60 ml whole milk, 1/4 cup
  • 15 g Onion chopped, 1/4 small,
  • 14 g Butter, 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor to chop the zucchini and onion into small, grainy pieces.
  2. Afterward, squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a towel or paper towel.
  3. Preheat your waffle maker/mini dash and grease it with butter.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the egg with some salt and black pepper.
  5. Add the zucchini mixture, dill, and chopped fresh mozzarella cheese. Mix everything well.
  6. Spoon a small amount of the batter onto the greased waffle maker.
  7. Close it and cook for about 5 minutes or until the steam stops.
  8. Turn off the waffle maker and let the waffle cool for 2–3 minutes before removing it.
  9. This makes it easier to take out.
  10. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  11. Serve the waffles on a plate with shrimp and cream cheese.
  12. Sprinkle with chopped spinach leaves on top and enjoy!
