Description

This is the perfect, quick, easy, and moreish, classic vanilla cupcake recipe to make for a family treat or your kids.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour

Instructions

  1. Beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg, vanilla, mix well.
  3. Sift in the flour and gradually add in milk.
  4. Mix well and place spoonfuls of mixture into little paper cups.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  6. Let is sit on a cooling rack and once cold decorate as desired and Enjoy
