Ingredients

Frosting
- 100g butter
- 2 cups icing sugar

Instructions
Cake
- Whisk together the dry ingredients
- Form a well in the center.
- Add the eggs and fold them closed.
- Add the oil and hot coffee and whisk well to combine.
- Pour into a greased microwave bowl and cook on high for 7 minutes.
- Once cooking time is up, leave it in the microwave for a minute or 2 before removing it.
- Flip onto a serving plate and decorate as desired.
Frosting
- Combine all ingredients until smooth and thick.
- Adjust the thickness as desired with milk or cream.
