Filling
- 2 potatoes, cleaned and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped fine
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Dhania (Coriander)
- A pinch of Jeera seeds (Cumin seeds)

Roti dough
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pinch salt, optional
- Boiling Water

Instructions
Filling
- Fry onion in a little oil
- Add green chilies, and cook for a few minutes
- Add jeera, potatoes, salt
- Cook until potatoes are done
- Remove from stove
- Add Dhania
Roti
- Enough Boiling water
- Rub the butter into flour
- Add water to make a nice soft dough
- Knead for 5 minutes
- Break into approximately 8 pieces
- Roll into a ball, press
- Slightly to make a small bowl
- Place 1 tsp full of potato, close carefully
- Roll out gently
- Cook on hot Thawa
- Brush with butter
- Enjoy
