Baked Parmesan Zucchini

Description

These aren’t chips… but your snack brain won’t know the difference. Try this Baked Zucchini with a Parmesan twist.

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. Spray a cooling rack with nonstick spray and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay the zucchini sticks on the rack. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the cheese mixture all over.
  5. Bake for ±15 minutes, or until soft.
  6. Turn on the broiler and cook for another 2–3 minutes to get that golden, crispy top.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and dig in while they’re hot!

These don’t last long, people can’t stop munching on them.
