- Fine breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp Cornflour (Maizena)
- Cold water
- Salt & pepper

- Whisk together the flour, Cornflour, seasoning, and just enough cold water to make a smooth batter. No lumps allowed!
