Description

Everything Bagel Chaffles deliver big flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 XL eggs
  • 3 tbsp Miracle Whip mayonnaise (any type works)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise, cheddar, salt, and seasoning.
  3. Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix until combined. Let the batter rest a few minutes—it will puff slightly.
  4. Preheat and lightly grease a mini chaffle maker.
  5. Scoop in a little less than ¼ cup of batter. Close the lid and cook until steam stops.
  6. Remove carefully and repeat until all batter is used. Makes about 9 chaffles.
