Blissful mornings begin here with this Chocolate Pancakes with Caramel Treat

- 150 g Cake Flour
- 30 ml Cocoa
- 10 ml Castor Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 350 ml Fat-Free Milk
- 15 ml Caramel Essence
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 50 g Melted Butter
Instructions
- Beat the liquid ingredients and add sifted dry ingredients.
- Beat together until well combined.
- Let it stand and rest for 1 hour.
- Add spray and cook, or any other of your choice, in the pan before adding batter each time.
- Feel free to add banana, caramel, and whipped fresh cream
- For something different, add cream cheese folded into the cream as a variation and different taste.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
For the Chocolate Sauce
- 1 x 80 g dairy milk chocolate.
- Melt in microwave for 2 minutes, BUT use short 30-second increments and stir until fully melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
- Stir in dessert dream to make a runny sauce to drizzle over filled pancakes
