Description

Coconut and Pecan Granola with delicious oats, desiccated coconut and chopped pecans.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter and honey together for about 30 seconds in the microwave in a large bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix to coat thoroughly, and then turn out onto a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. It’s ready when it’s browned, but not necessarily crunchy yet.
  6. It becomes significantly more crunchy as it cools.
  7. Delicious over milk or plain yogurt.
  8. Also great as a crunchy topping for desserts or pancakes.
  9. Can be served with chocolate chips if you are feeling particularly indulgent.
