- 4 cups whole-grain pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 pack white mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 bottle Creamy Vodka Sauce Wholegrain Pasta sauce (Classico works great)
- Roasted Garlic and Pepper seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until soft, then drain.
- While thatβs boiling, heat a pan and cook the chicken until golden.
- Season it with salt and the garlic-pepper mix.
- Toss in the mushrooms and spinach.
- Cook everything together for about 5 minutes, just until the veggies soften.
- Pour in the vodka sauce and let it all simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Add your cooked pasta into the pan, stir well, and let it sit for 2 minutes so the flavors soak in.
- Serve hot with a handful of cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.
