Description

This Crispy Air Fryer Pork Loin Roast comes out juicy on the inside with a golden, flavorful crust that’s just irresistible. It’s one of those set it and forget it recipes that look fancy but take almost no effort. Perfect for weeknights or Sunday dinner when you don’t want to hover over the stove.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.3 kg (about 3 lb) pork loin roast
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried or fresh
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp BBQ spice blend
  • 1/2 tsp Aromat seasoning (optional but adds a savory kick)

Feel free to adjust the spices to your liking, quantity, and type.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C); it needs to be nice and hot before the pork goes in.
  2. Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels, then brush it all over with 1 tbsp sunflower oil. This helps the seasonings stick and gives you that golden finish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix rosemary, thyme, basil, BBQ spice, Aromat, and Worcestershire sauce to make your rub.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the oiled pork loin; use your hands and really press it in so it sticks to every bit.
  5. Place the pork loin in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip the pork carefully, then lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and cook for another 20 minutes.
  7. Check the internal temperature; it should read between 145–150°F (62–65°C) for perfectly juicy meat.
  8. Let it rest for about 5–10 minutes before slicing. The juices settle and make it extra tender.
  9. Serve it with a side of roasted veggies or creamy mashed cauliflower if you’re going low-carb.
  10. Trust me, this one’s a keeper; crispy outside, juicy inside, and way easier than it looks.
