Instructions

Batter

  1. To the dry ingredients, gently pour in the soda water and whisk till a smooth thick batter forms.
  2. The batter should be thick enough to coat the fish and not run off.
  3. Dip the fillets into the batter and deep fry on medium heat turning once till golden brown.

Tartar Sauce

  1. To the mayonnaise add the chopped onion and pickles.
  2. Add the seasoning and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Top with capers and enjoy!!

Onion Rings

  1. Onion rings are coated in the same batter as fish.
