Description
Super simple. Juicy inside, crispy outside. Yogurt makes the chicken extra tender without any weird marinade fuss.

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Dried breadcrumbs
- A little flour (for coating)
Instructions
- Lightly coat the chicken in flour and give it a gentle flatten with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Stir the yogurt, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Spread a spoonful of the yogurt mix on one side of each fillet.
- Smooth it out with the back of the spoon.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over that yogurt-covered side until it’s fully coated.
- Place the fillets crumb-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Repeat the yogurt and breadcrumb step on the other side of each fillet.
- Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 30 minutes.
- Flip halfway through, so both sides get golden and crispy.
No frying, no mess. Just tender, juicy chicken with a crunchy coating, done in under 40 minutes. Perfect for weeknights or when you want something easy that still feels a bit special.
