- 2 cups (500ml) Flour
- 2 cups (500ml) Oats
- 2 cups (500ml) Rice Krispies
- 2 cups (500ml) Coconut
- 500 ml Brown sugar
- 30 ml Golden syrup
- 250 ml Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 10 ml (2 tsp) Baking soda
- 60 ml boiling water
Instructions
- Melt golden syrup and butter in the microwave.
- Add vanilla essence.
- Dissolve baking soda in boiling water.
- Mix everything and place in an oven pan, ensuring the mixture is evenly spread.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes at 180°C/ 350°F.
- Cut into squares while still warm.
