Description
Jalapeño cheddar cheese straws. Puff pastry smeared with homemade jalapeño relish, topped with cheese then baked till golden and delicious. Perfect to add to a cheeseboard or as is.

- 20 Jalapeños (deseeded & chopped)
- 4 Onions (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- a pinch of Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan then you will add the jalapeños and onions.
- Allow it to cook until it has broken down then add in the vinegar, salt, and sugar and allow it to cook further until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
- Let it cool completely then store it in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
