  1. Toss the chopped butternut and pork roast into a large baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder and ginger powder over the pork.
  3. Spoon chutney and apple sauce over the pork and butternut.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour balsamic vinegar generously over everything.
  6. Pop it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 1 hour.
