Ingredients
- Pork roast
- Butternut squash (peeled and chopped)
- Garlic powder
- Ginger powder
- Chutney
- Apple sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Toss the chopped butternut and pork roast into a large baking dish.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and ginger powder over the pork.
- Spoon chutney and apple sauce over the pork and butternut.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour balsamic vinegar generously over everything.
- Pop it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 1 hour.
