Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot.
- Brown meat on all sides.
- Add in the remaking ingredients except for the broth.
- Cook on low heat on the stovetop for a few hours till the meat is tender.
- Once tender, pour in the stock and place covered in the oven at 180 for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and pull the meat apart with a fork (in the pot juices).
- Fill into rolls and enjoy!!
