Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Shoulder
  • 3-4 Onions
  • 3-4 Bulbs Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme
  • 1 Knob Ginger
  • 1 L Stock/Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • A dash of Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot.
  2. Brown meat on all sides.
  3. Add in the remaking ingredients except for the broth.
  4. Cook on low heat on the stovetop for a few hours till the meat is tender.
  5. Once tender, pour in the stock and place covered in the oven at 180 for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, and pull the meat apart with a fork (in the pot juices).
  7. Fill into rolls and enjoy!!
