Description

  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla together.
  3. Add the oil, water, and milk. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  5. Whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  6. Heat a TawaΒ or heavy-based frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Pour enough batter for two pancakes at a time.
  8. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  9. Pair with chocolate sauce, maple syrup, or fresh cream and jam for a delicious finish.
