Muffins

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 
  3. Add eggs one at a time and add dry ingredients, beat well.
  4. Fill the cupcake pans, or casings only ½ half full.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven of 350F / 180C for 17 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, put the topping on, and return it to the oven for 3 more minutes.
  7. Place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven, it keeps the muffins moist.
  8. Enjoy.

Topping

  1. Boil together and set aside.
