Description

Only one bite and you will be hooked and make these chocolate Brownies with ganache over and over again.


Ingredients

Brownies

  • 125g Salted Butter (melted)
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs (room temp)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Erythritol
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Chocolate Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts/Macadamia Nuts
  • Plus extra nuts for the topping (optional)

Ganache

  • 1 cup Chopped Chocolate Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Cream

Instructions

Brownies

  1. Whisk butter, oil, and sugar together then add in the eggs and vanilla.
  2. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, add in chopped chocolate pieces then mix just until combined.
  3. Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove and allow to cool completely.
  5. Pour the ganache over, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and allow to cool at room temp.
  6. Once the ganache has been set, slice it into squares. Enjoy!!

Ganache

  1. Add the chocolate pieces to a bowl.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan and warm gently (do not boil).
  3. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for about 5 minutes then stir the cream and chocolate together until it is smooth and velvety.
  4. If you will be making use of regular sugar then increase the amount to 1/2 Cup or to your sweetness level.
