Description
Only one bite and you will be hooked and make these chocolate Brownies with ganache over and over again.

Brownies
- 125g Salted Butter (melted)
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 2 Large Eggs (room temp)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Erythritol
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 cup Chopped Chocolate Pieces
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts/Macadamia Nuts
- Plus extra nuts for the topping (optional)
Ganache
- 1 cup Chopped Chocolate Pieces
- 1/2 cup Cream
Instructions
Brownies
- Whisk butter, oil, and sugar together then add in the eggs and vanilla.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, add in chopped chocolate pieces then mix just until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool completely.
- Pour the ganache over, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and allow to cool at room temp.
- Once the ganache has been set, slice it into squares. Enjoy!!
Ganache
- Add the chocolate pieces to a bowl.
- Pour the cream into a saucepan and warm gently (do not boil).
- Pour the warm cream over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for about 5 minutes then stir the cream and chocolate together until it is smooth and velvety.
- If you will be making use of regular sugar then increase the amount to 1/2 Cup or to your sweetness level.
