Description

A refreshing superfood smoothie packed with fruit, chia, and goji berries.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 heaping teaspoon goji berries
  • 1 heaping teaspoon ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup mango juice
  • 1 handful spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
