
Ingredients:
½ cup cubes cantaloupe
1 sliced banana
1 heaped teaspoon of goji berries
1 heaped teaspoon of ground chia seeds
½ cup of vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup (you can use more if you prefer it sweeter, but with the mango juice and vanilla yogurt, I did not need more)
1/4 cup mango juice
1 handful of spinach leaves
Add to blender, I use a bullet, and blend – then all you have to do after that – ENJOY!!
