- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Pop the peeled green apple (1), avocado half, and a handful of baby spinach into your blender.
- Pour in about 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, or almond milk if that’s what you’ve got in the fridge.
- Toss in 3 to 4 ice cubes for that refreshing chill.
- Blend until the texture’s smooth, creamy, and almost silky, about 30–45 seconds.
