- 600gr lamb pieces marinated
- a few shakes of Salt
- Black pepper
- BBQ spice
- Thyme and a splash of
- Soy or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sliced onion
- 3 quartered potatoes
- 1/4 cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp braising spice
- Piece of cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tbsp cubed butter
Instructions
- Set IP to sauté.
- Add some oil.
- Add onion and seeds, braising spice, and cinnamon.
- Sauté until the onion is soft.
- Add meat and garlic and braise until color changes.
- Add stock.
- Cancel and turn to pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
- Cancel and quick release.
- Add potatoes (sprinkle with Aromat and black pepper) then cabbage.
- Add butter (sprinkle with Aromat and black pepper).
- Pressure cook for another 7 minutes.
- Serve
