Instructions

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; do not skip this step!
- Cut cheese slices into four pieces and spread them out on the sheet.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes until edges turn brown.
- Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then move to a plate to finish crisping.
Tips
