Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tub vanilla ice cream (the creamier the better), ± 1 liter
  • 1 tub whipped fresh cream, ± 2 cups lightly
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup mixed dark and white chocolate chips
  • 10 cherries, chopped
  • 1 packet crushed Oreo biscuits, ± about 24 cookies
  • Chocolate ice cap, for drizzling
  • Fresh fruit or nuts, for garnish

Instructions

  2. Stir in the whipped cream.
  3. Mix in the nuts, chocolate chips, cherries, and Oreos until everything is coated.
  4. Line a round salad bowl with cling wrap and let the wrap hang over the edges. Spoon in the mixture and cover.
