Description

Impossible Incredible Pie only takes a blender and an oven to pull off. The result is a dessert that feels both classic and easy.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9-inch pie dish.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend 5–10 seconds, just until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle nutmeg/cinnamon on top.
Bake 45 minutes, or until set in the center.
Cool completely, then refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream.
