- 30 g Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup, grated
- 15 g Almond Flour 2 tbsp
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- 6 g Basil, fresh 2 tbsp, chopped
- 10 g Olive Oil, 2 tsp
Instructions
- Mix and beat the egg, almond flour, cheddar cheese, basil, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined in a bowl.

Adjust the seasoning to taste or use other favorite spices instead.
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour about 2-2½ tbsp of the batter into the pan for each pancake for individual small pancakes, or drop all the batter into the pan for a large pancake.
- Cook on one side for 2-3 min until bubbles form on the surface.
- You can even make it in a Mini Dash Maker! Flip over the pancakes and cook for 2-3 min, or until browned.
