  1. Mix and beat the egg, almond flour, cheddar cheese, basil, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined in a bowl.

  4. Pour about 2-2½  tbsp of the batter into the pan for each pancake for individual small pancakes, or drop all the batter into the pan for a large pancake.
  5. Cook on one side for 2-3 min until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. You can even make it in a Mini Dash Maker! Flip over the pancakes and cook for 2-3 min, or until browned.
