Ingredients
Units
Scale
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup powdered Monk fruit sweetener.
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a baking mat and set aside.
- Stir together all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well-mixed; the dough will be thick and dense, it’s what it should be so do not stress about it.
- Divide the dough into 18 balls, by scooping the dough (I eyeballed it) and placing it on the baking sheet. Separate the balls and space them slightly apart as they do spread a bit, but not a lot.
Keto nut cookie dough, nut butter, and balls - Use a fork and lightly flatten each ball by pressing down and forming a criss-cross pattern on the cookie (or however you want to decorate it).
- Bake for ±12-15 min or until the edges of the cookies turn brown.
