Ingredients

  • 10 g (10 g) Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Onion Powder
  • 1 1/5 tsp (6 g) Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 small, sliced (45 g) Tomato
  • 67 g (67 g) Ground Beef, raw
  • 1/2 Lavash bread iso Lettuce 2 leaves (10 g)
  • 1/3 medium, strips (40 g) of Bell Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, and ground beef in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a patty.
  3. Heat a frying pan with butter over medium-low heat.
  4. Cook the beef patty for a few minutes on each side until it’s done.
  5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top while cooking.
  6. Near the end, add a slice of cheddar cheese to the patty to melt.
  7. Spread mayo on half of a Lavash bread or a lettuce leaf.
  8. Place sliced tomato on top, then add the cooked beef patty.
  9. Roll it up in the Lavash Bread or cover it with another leaf.
  10. Serve with bell pepper strips on the side.
  11. Enjoy your tasty wrap!
