Ingredients

Scale
  • Tofu: 140 g, cubed
  • Olive Oil: 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • Soy Sauce or Tamari: 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • Salt: 2 pinches
  • Ground Black Pepper: 2 pinches
  • Broccoli and Cauliflower: 1/2 small head, florets (100 g)
  • Smoked Paprika: 2 pinches
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced (6 g) or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp (15 g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into even cubes and toss them in a bowl with the soy or Tamari sauce, a pinch of smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
  2. If you’re using garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, add it here.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. If you’re using fresh minced garlic, sauté it for about 30 seconds before adding the tofu.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes on each side for 2–3 minutes until they’re golden and crispy.
  6. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil along with the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  7. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  8. Stir-fry the veggies for 5–6 minutes until they’re tender and slightly browned.
  9. For softer veggies, you can cover the pan with a lid to trap steam.
  10. Combine the tofu and veggies in a bowl.
  11. Drizzle with lemon juice for a zesty kick, and enjoy your flavorful keto meal!
