- Salt: 2 pinches
- Ground Black Pepper: 2 pinches
- Broccoli and Cauliflower: 1/2 small head, florets (100 g)
- Smoked Paprika: 2 pinches
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced (6 g) or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp (15 g)
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into even cubes and toss them in a bowl with the soy or Tamari sauce, a pinch of smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- If you’re using garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, add it here.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- If you’re using fresh minced garlic, sauté it for about 30 seconds before adding the tofu.
- Fry the tofu cubes on each side for 2–3 minutes until they’re golden and crispy.
- In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil along with the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Stir-fry the veggies for 5–6 minutes until they’re tender and slightly browned.
- For softer veggies, you can cover the pan with a lid to trap steam.
- Combine the tofu and veggies in a bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice for a zesty kick, and enjoy your flavorful keto meal!
