Description

I love the crunchy and chewy texture that milo balls have. They are also incredibly delicious and have a unique, sweet flavor. Plus, they are a great snack for when I’m feeling snacky!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons Milo or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (Milo is the best )
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl crush biscuits until small or fine.
  2. Add the Milo, coconut, and condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls with your hands and then roll in coconut to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Store in the refrigerator, although I doubt it, as it’s way too delicious to leave some for later.
