Mint Chocolate Wafer Crunch makes a quick homemade treat with a refreshing mint twist. Perfect for chocolate lovers.

- 200 g Milk Chocolate
- 100 g Mint Flavoured Chocolate
- 16 Vanilla Flavoured Wafers
Instructions
- Break 200 g milk chocolate and 100 g mint-flavoured chocolate into small pieces and melt together in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
- I usually do 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Take 16 vanilla-flavoured wafers and dunk each one into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s completely covered.
- Use a fork to lift the wafer out, letting the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Place it carefully on parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Once all wafers are dipped, pop the tray in the fridge and let them set for at least 15 minutes until firm.
- Try not to sneak one before they’re set, though I can’t blame you if you do! Enjoy the chocolatey mint crunch.
- Feel free to decorate them as you wish, although I left these plain.
