Description
Mutton curry in bread, BUT we call it bunnies!
Once your curry is done, cut up unsliced bread into quarters. You need to make a hole in the bread by taking out the centerpiece, and place curry into the empty loaf.

Ingredients

- 1 kg mutton
- 3 potatoes, cut up
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 tsp Kashmiri masala
- 1 tsp any other masala
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- Salt
- 3 cloves
- 3 cardamom pods/Elachi
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Peas, optional
- Loaf of white bread
Instructions
- Fry onion in oil
- Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Add turmeric and masalas
- Add ginger and garlic paste
- Add tomatoes
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Add mutton and salt
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Then add 1/4 cup hot water
- This you will only add when there’s very little water left
- Cook for 50 minutes
- Keep adding hot water every now and then add the potatoes.
- Cook until potatoes are done
- Enjoy
