Description

Mutton curry in bread, BUT we call it bunnies!

Once your curry is done, cut up unsliced bread into quarters. You need to make a hole in the bread by taking out the centerpiece, and place curry into the empty loaf.

  1. Fry onion in oil
  2. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves
  3. Cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add turmeric and masalas
  5. Add ginger and garlic paste
  6. Add tomatoes
  7. Cook for 2 minutes
  8. Add mutton and salt
  9. Cook for 15 minutes
  10. Then add 1/4 cup hot water
  11. This you will only add when there’s very little water left
  12. Cook for 50 minutes
  13. Keep adding hot water every now and then add the potatoes.
  14. Cook until potatoes are done
  15. Enjoy
