- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 85 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g poppy seeds (which I left out because I don't have them)
- 5 ml salt
- 5 ml quick, rise yeast.
- 350 ml warm water
- 30 ml oil
Instructions
- Just combine all the ingredients—simple as that.
- No need to knead the dough.
- I make sure to mix it well, almost like kneading, but not quite.

- Pour the mixture into a greased bread pan and let it rise for about an hour.

Baked and sliced - You can sprinkle more seeds on top and brush with egg wash before baking, but I usually skip this step.
- Then bake at 350°F/180°C for 45-50 minutes until it’s golden brown on top.
