Description

Oreo Biscuits Base Cheesecake. This is such an easy, quick, and delicious
cheesecake for any occasion. You and your friends will love it.


Ingredients

Filling

  • 460 g cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp strawberry or granadilla pulp, optional

Instructions

  1. Using an electric beater, beat cream cheese until smooth
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla
  3. Beat well
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Beat well
  6. Once the biscuits have hardened, pour the cheese mixture gently over the
    biscuits
  7. Smooth it down
  8. Smear your pulp over
  9. Refrigerate overnight
  10. Enjoy
